Andréa Hill

Andréa Hill is currently a post-graduate student in the Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Program at Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a BA in communication studies and a minor in environmental studies. She also earned a Leadership and Management certificate from Envirotech in NSW, Australia.

Andréa is a certified Yoga teacher, RYT-500 Yoga Alliance. She became interested in mental health through her yoga teaching experience. She saw how effective guiding people through intentional movement can be. Andrea has contributed free resources in the form of audio clips in order to assist people through their mental health needs.
