Leader level

Psychologically Safe Leader Assessment is an online survey that can be used in two different ways. The first is a self-assessment where a leader responds to statements on the frequency in which they engage in strategies known to support the psychological health and safety of employees. The second is a survey set to employees to assess leaders on the same measures. Organizations can choose to administer this to all leaders, or leaders can choose to use this resource for themselves. The assessment measures leadership in 5 categories:

  • Communication and collaboration
  • Social intelligence
  • Problem-solving and conflict management
  • Security and safety
  • Fairness and integrity

Team level

Psychologically Safe Team Assessment goes beyond looking at leadership. It measures how team members feel about how they interact with each other and their sense of inclusion. In other words, it's not just up to the leader; everyone on the team has a role in making the team a safe and inclusive work environment. This assessment measures the following 3 categories:

  • Leader support for team cohesion
  • Team interactions
  • Inclusion
