International Day of Friendship

The UN International Day of Friendship promotes peace between individuals and among groups. In your workplace you may want to encourage employees to write anonymous notes about how others have been a good friend at work – such as helping with tasks, noticing when they are not well, sitting with them at lunch or going for a walk at break time. The idea is to inspire others to do the same.
